Kia ora everyone, I’m pleased to share that I’m now back from maternity leave. I’m looking forward to reconnecting and supporting you with your sustainability enquiries in the coming months.

It’s been a busy 6 months for me with the little man sleeping little and eating lots, combined with us buying our first home and moving to Laingholm. It’s a lovely change of pace being back to work!

Thank you to everyone who kept things moving smoothly while I was away.

Auckland Council Spontaneous Site Visits

We’ve been advised that Auckland Council are commencing spontaneous site visits focused on compliance. This comes in the wake of the introduction of increased fines for environmental breaches. Please read more here.

Please ensure your documentation, housekeeping, and processes are in good order so you’re well prepared should an inspector arrive unannounced. This will help mitigate the risk of fines, as well as protect the broader image of the industry.

If you need guidance on any compliance requirements, feel free to reach out.
