The Plastics Industry Pipe Association (PIPA New Zealand) is the industry sector group within Plastics New Zealand representing all the PVC pipe and fittings manufacturers in New Zealand. Its aim is to promote PVC as a preferred pipeline material creating a growing acceptance and usage of these modern locally made products
