Our strategy:

  • Informing - collection and dissemination of information and data relevant to members;
  • Marketing - educating the public on the benefits and opportunities offered by the industry;
  • Leveraging volume - encouraging and facilitating co-operative activity between members to grow the industry and to create savings for members;
  • E-Commerce - fostering and assisting the development and adoption of e-commerce by the industry with a view to moving toward automation of all transactions;
  • Legislative input - actively participating in the development of all government policy likely to affect the members;
  • Environmental - assisting and encouraging members to operate their businesses in an environmentally responsible manner;
  • Training - promoting the development of a skilled workforce for the industry;
  • Social - providing a forum for social interaction between members.
