History of Plastics New Zealand

The Plastics Institute of New Zealand (PINZ) was formed in 1944 under the leadership of Harry Urlwin with fifteen member companies. The first Annual General Meeting was held on 6 December 1944. In October 2000 the Institute was renamed Plastics New Zealand Incorporated.
